The incident occurring on 30 August involved a confrontation between the two suspects and the hotel workers.

The suspects allegedly used violence and physical force against the victims, causing them injuries. They were also said to damage hotel property.

The Public Prosecution promptly initiated an investigation that began with visiting the hospital to question the injured workers and examine their injuries, which medical reports confirmed included a skull fracture and lacerations.

Furthermore, the prosecution interviewed witnesses and reviewed video footage captured by security cameras.

Police investigations confirmed the suspects' involvement in the assault and the vandalism of hotel property, reportedly following a dispute over the suspects' entitlement to alcoholic beverages under the accommodation policy.

After interrogating the suspects and charging them with causing public fear, assault, and vandalism, the Public Prosecution ordered their provisional detention pending further investigation.
