The Saudi-led-coalition announced that a ballistic missile was launched at the industrial zone in the southern city of Jezan, causing damages in three workshops as well as burning three civilian-owned cars.
The coalition added that it also intercepted two ballistic missiles targeting the southern city of Abha.
“Egypt reiterates that targeting civilian facilities and innocent civilians by Houthi militia is considered a threat to the security and stability of Saudi Arabia; it also represents a flagrant violation of the rules of international law,” the statement said.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry also expressed country’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for any counterterrorist measures it takes.
