Shoukry is scheduled to take part in the Arab foreign ministers’ meetings to be held on 29-30 October as part of preparations for holding the 31st Arab League summit on 1-2 November in Algeria, foreign ministry spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid said Thursday.
The meetings are expected to review the summit agenda and decisions to be introduced during the summit activities.
This is the first Arab League summit after a two-year hiatus, which makes the event important for helping Arab countries face the grave challenges facing them due to the current critical international and regional conditions, Abu Zeid said.
