PM Madbouly arrives in London for King Charles III’s coronation

Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly arrived in London on Friday to attend the coronation of Charles III as king of the United Kingdom on Saturday on behalf of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi.

According to the Egyptian cabinet, Madbouly will convey congratulations and good wishes from President El-Sisi to King Charles III during the coronation ceremony.

King Charles III’s coronation is set to take place on 6 May Saturday at Westminster Abby.

Charles acceded to the throne on 8 September 2022, upon the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.
