Shtayyeh is on an official visit to Egypt, heading a high-level delegation, read a statement by the Egyptian cabinet.

The Palestinian delegation includes the ministers of foreign affairs, the interior, national economy, endowments and religious affairs, health, agriculture, and others.

Madbouly and Shtayyeh are scheduled to hold an expanded session of talks in the presence of ministers from the Egyptian and Palestinian sides to discuss a number of cooperation files between Egypt and the Palestinian Authority.
