The sessions, scheduled on 4, 6, and 8 June at the Cairo International Convention Centre in Nasr City, have been rescheduled for 11, 13, and 15 June, announced the General Coordinator of the National Dialogue Diaa Rashwan on Monday.
One person was killed and two injured on Thursday after a billboard collapsed on vehicles travelling on the October Bridge in Central Cairo, as strong winds and a sandstorm wreaked havoc in the capital and around the country.
The dialogue's third session will delve into crucial issues such as freedom of information and expression in Egypt, a newly proposed law organizing NGOs, and the challenges that civil society activities face in Egypt.
The session will also discuss the composition of the Egyptian parliament's lower and upper chambers (House of Representatives and Senate) and full-time membership in both chambers.
The National Dialogue, which kicked off on 3 May, saw the broad participation of public figures, political forces, civil society groups, professionals, and labour unions, who discussed important political, economic and social issues.
