The Egyptian Red Crescent released on Friday an infographic with the countries that provided aid to Gaza from the start of the war to 10 November.
According to the infographic, the following countries presented food, water and medical aid to Gaza through the Egyptian Red Crescent.
Egypt (6944.29 tons), Algeria (104 tons), Bahrain (79 tons), Brazil (3 tons), Britain (56.3 tons), Colombia (10 tons), Denmark (42 tons), Emirates (13.5 tons), France (48.2 tons), Greece (5 tons), India (38 tons), Indonesia (23.8 tons), Iraq (18 tons), Japan (8.6 tons), Jordan (20.8 tons), Kuwait (412 tons), Libya (546.9 tons), Malaysia (16 tons), Morocco (25 tons), Pakistan (165.6 tons), Qatar(286 tons), Russia (115 tons), Saudi Arabia (33 tons), Tunisia (12.5 tons), Turkey (204.6 tons), Turkmenistan (14.3 tons) and Venezuela (18.15 tons)
The Egyptian Red Crescent stated also on Saturday that 750 trucks have delivered humanitarian aid to Gaza through Rafah Crossing as of 10 November.
Egypt has been demanding an immediate and unconditional ceasefire in Gaza as well as safe, rapid, and sustainable access to humanitarian aid.
According to Egyptian officials, there are delays in delivering the aid to Palestinians due to the Israeli army’s inspection of the aid entering the strip.
UN officials stated that at least 100 trucks are needed to cross the borders from Egypt to Gaza daily to meet the humanitarian needs in the enclave, which is currently under a total blockade by the Israeli army.
