Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry
FM Shoukry participates in the forum as a key speaker alongside the foreign ministers of the Arab-Islamic Ministerial Committee on the Gaza crisis, according to the Egyptian Foreign Ministry's Spokesperson Ahmed Abu Zeid.
The Arab-Islamic Ministerial Committee, formed in November by the Joint Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit in Riyadh, aims to halt the ongoing war in Gaza and tackle the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in the strip.
In addition, FM Shoukry will also hold several meetings with ministers and officials on the sidelines of the forum.
Shoukry's visit to Turkey comes within the framework of Egypt's efforts to address the regional and international challenges and crises, especially the situation in Gaza, Abu Zeid noted.
According to its official website, the third edition of the ADF will be held 1-3 March under the theme "Advancing Diplomacy in Times of Turmoil."
It brings together heads of state and governments, ministers, diplomats, business leaders, academics, think-tankers, and youth and media representatives.
