In his meeting with Russian FM Lavrov, Abdelatty exchanged views on developments regarding the Israeli aggression in Gaza and Lebanon, agreeing on the need for an immediate ceasefire and unconditional access to humanitarian aid.
They also addressed several other pressing regional and international issues.
The two ministers agreed on the importance of continuing joint coordination between the two countries, particularly in light of directives from their respective leaderships and President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi's participation in the recent BRICS Summit held in Kazan.
They also discussed progress on several significant bilateral economic projects.
Meeting with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan
In his meeting with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abdelatty addressed the growing relations between Egypt and the UAE and the aspiration for further progress in enhancing investment and trade cooperation between the two nations.
The two ministers also discussed the latest developments regarding the Gaza Strip crisis, the ongoing escalation in the West Bank, and the situation in Lebanon.
Additionally, the discussion touched on several regional issues of mutual interest in the Arab region and the African continent, including the Sudanese crisis, the Horn of Africa, and the situation in Libya.
