President El-Sisi sends written message to Saudi Arabia's King Salman

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi sent a written message on Sunday to Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz.

According to the Saudi Royal Palace, Egypt's Ambassador to the Kingdom, Ihab Abu Srei, handed over the message to the Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral International Affairs and General Supervisor of the Public Diplomacy Agency, Abdulrahman Al-Rassi.

The message focused on relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia and ways to strengthen cooperation in various fields.

Egyptian President El-Sisi visited Saudi Arabia briefly on Thursday, where he met with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohamed Ibn Salman in Neom.

According to the Egyptian Presidency, the meeting focused on regional developments, primarily the situation in Gaza and the Palestinian-occupied territories, and bilateral relations.
