A special chartered aircraft carrying 100 tonnes of relief supplies landed at El-Arish International Airport on Monday, marking the second shipment in the latest batch of Pakistan’s humanitarian assistance.
According to Shouket, Pakistan has so far dispatched 21 humanitarian consignments to Gaza, amounting to 2,027 tonnes of aid.
He noted the shipments were sent under the directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, with Pakistan’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) coordinating alongside the Al-Khidmat Foundation.

The ambassador reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to continuing humanitarian support for Palestinians, stressing that further consignments are already en route and will be delivered in coordination with Egyptian authorities in the coming days.
The Deputy Governor of North Sinai attended the handover and praised Pakistan’s substantial relief efforts for the residents of Gaza.
