The official ceremony included the presentation of credentials by representatives from countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
The ambassadors represent Hungary, Japan, Pakistan, Angola, Guinea, New Zealand, Poland, India, Denmark, Colombia, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Norway, Vietnam, Ireland, Georgia, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Italy, and Liberia.
The group also included non-resident ambassadors from Luxembourg, Nicaragua, and San Marino.
According to a presidential statement, President El-Sisi welcomed the new envoys and reaffirmed Egypt’s pride in its strong relations with their countries.
He also stressed Egypt’s commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation in all areas, the statement added.
President El-Sisi wished the ambassadors success in their duties in Cairo, emphasizing the state’s readiness to provide all necessary support to promote closer cooperation and coordination between Egypt and their nations.
