The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attacks constituted “a violation of states' sovereignty” that endangered “the security and safety of their residents.”
Cairo expressed its “full solidarity” with the three Arab countries and affirmed its support for them in confronting any threat to their security and territorial integrity.
Egypt also reiterated its categorical rejection of any actions that could expand the conflict or threaten the security of Arab states.
The statement came amid renewed military confrontation between Iran and the United States following the collapse of a fragile truce established under the Islamabad memorandum of understanding signed on 18 June.
The 14-point framework called for an end to hostilities, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, and 60 days of negotiations toward a comprehensive agreement.
Tehran says its missile and drone attacks on facilities in Gulf countries and Jordan are retaliation for US strikes on Iranian territory and target American military installations.
Washington, meanwhile, says its renewed air campaign and naval blockade followed Iranian attacks on commercial vessels and are intended to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
Jordan said its air defences intercepted three Iranian ballistic missiles on Wednesday after downing four a day earlier.
Kuwait reported fires at sites struck in the latest attacks, while Bahrain and Kuwait have faced repeated waves of Iranian missiles and drones since hostilities resumed.
On Thursday, Bahrain said it had intercepted further aerial attacks, while Iran said it had targeted US-linked military facilities in Kuwait and Jordan.
