Egyptian health minister’s duties delegated to higher education minister till her recovery

Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly issued a decree on Friday to delegate Minister of Higher Education Khaled Abdel Ghaffar to undertake the duties of Health Minister Hala Zayed till her recovery from health problems.

The decree was published in the official gazette.

Some Egyptian media reports claimed on Thursday that Zayed, born in 1967, left the hospital and returned to her home.
