Egypt reports 840 new coronavirus infections, 19 fatalities on Thursday
Egypt reported 840 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, bringing the total infection tally to 390,294 since the outbreak began in February 2020, the health ministry said.

The ministry added in its daily update that 19 new deaths related to COVID-19 complications were recorded in the past 24 hours nationwide, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus to 21,882.
The statement reported that 512 patients have been discharged after recovering from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 324,425
On Thursday, Alexandria Health Directorate announced that it finished vaccinating two million citizens against Coronavirus so far in the city through 120 vaccination centers including 5 travellers vaccination centres and 18 vaccination points at train stations, courts and traffic directorates.
