The Ministry of Health said in the statement that launching the website aims to enhance the quality of healthcare services for citizens and reinforce citizens' trust in Egypt's healthcare system.

The statement added that it reflects the state's dedication to developing and enhancing healthcare services per international standards.

The ministry's official spokesperson, Hossam Abdel-Ghaffar, described the website as a pioneering step in enhancing communication and interaction between healthcare recipients and providers.

Abdel-Ghaffar added that the platform highlights the Secretariat's capabilities in delivering exceptional medical services, showcasing distinguished medical professionals and advanced equipment available at its hospitals.

Furthermore, Chairperson of the Secretariat Maha Ibrahim emphasized that the platform offers advanced services to facilitate patient access to healthcare services and enhance their medical experience.

Ibrahim added that these services include booking online appointments for outpatient clinics at the Secretariat hospitals, accessing laboratory test results, radiology reports, and images, and showcasing the hospitals that provide services under the presidential health initiatives.

To book an appointment, users can click the "Appointment Booking" option on the website. They will be directed to a list of hospitals managed by the Secretariat, where they can select their preferred hospital and the specific clinic for their appointment.

Moreover, Abdel-Ghaffar noted that the platform includes an interactive geographic map to help patients easily locate the Secretariat's hospitals to access diagnostic and therapeutic services.

According to the Ministry of Health, the website also highlights the Secretariat's activities in various fields, including diagnosis, treatment, medical tourism, medical marketing, and continuous medical education.
