In Photos: Egyptian, Indian special forces commence joint military exercise ‘Cyclone-2’

Various members of the Egyptian Thunderbolt (Sa’aka) Forces and paratroopers have initiated the joint military exercise “Cyclone-2” with Indian special forces, announced Egyptian Armed Forces Spokesman Gharib Abdel-Hafez Gharib on Saturday.

The training is taking place at the combat training fields of the Thunderbolt Forces in Egypt, where members of both forces are engaging in drills aimed at exchanging expertise and enhancing their skills.

The joint military expertise is part of the Egyptian Armed Forces exercise plan, which includes conducting collaborative drills with friendly and brotherly nations, the spokesman stressed.

The special forces of both countries successfully conducted the "Cyclone-1" military exercise in January 2023.
