According to the military spokesperson, the exercise, which kicked off last week, included a series of theoretical and practical sessions aimed at unifying operational concepts among participating forces and at joint planning for maritime missions to enhance interoperability and bolster collective training capabilities.
Air forces from the participating countries conducted multiple sorties focused on air combat to achieve joint air superiority, while Egyptian special forces and their counterparts conducted live-fire drills from various positions, demonstrating a high level of precision and professionalism.

Paratrooper units from several participating countries also executed free-fall jumps with national flags over the Giza Pyramids, showcasing coordination and cohesion among the forces.
Participants highlighted the value of Medusa-14, noting that the exercise provides an important platform for exchanging expertise and strengthening military cooperation among partner nations.
The “Medusa-14” joint military exercise is bringing together forces from Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, and France, along with 12 observer nations.
