Egyptian forecasters have warned of worsening weather tomorrow, with heavy showers expected to be accompanied by wind, lightening and thunder.
Floods in the governorates of North and South Sinai and Northern Upper Egypt are also predicted. In previous years these governorates suffered the most as floods destroyed homes and injured many.
In Cairo, rain since Saturday has already caused the streets, which lack a suffient drainage system, to turn into lakes. Broken down cars turned already congested traffic into a nightmare.
