Temperatures are forecast to rise on Sunday, resulting in moderate weather in Greater Cairo, the Northern Coast, northern Upper Egypt, and warm weather in southern Upper Egypt and South Sinai.
Morning fog is anticipated to come down the roads leading to Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the Northern Coast, Suez Canal cities, Sinai and Upper Egypt on Sunday and Monday, with a 30 percent chance of light, intermittent rains predicted in Halayeb and Shalateen, the Northern Coast and Nile Delta.
Starting Monday, temperatures are forecast to go down gradually until the end of the week, causing wind and driving up the chances of light and moderate rain in the Northern Coast, Lower Egypt, and Sinai to 40 percent.
From Sunday to Friday, highs ranging from 25 to 19 degrees Celsius are expected in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, and highs of 22-18 degrees are expected in the Northern Coast.
South Sinai will see highs of 19-21 degrees, and northern Upper Egypt will see highs of 25-19 degrees, while 30-21 degrees are forecast in southern Upper Egypt.
Cold weather is expected to prevail across Egypt throughout the week's nighttimes, with lows ranging from 15 to 8 degrees, according to the EMA.
