On Saturday, Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt will see highs of 17 degrees Celsius and lows of 8 degrees Celsius.
North Upper Egypt will see highs of 17 degrees and lows of 8-12 degrees.
The North Coast and South Sinai will also witness cold weather.
Meanwhile, South Upper Egypt will enjoy seasonably temperate weather with highs of 22 degrees and lows of 11.
The EMA added that there is a chance of rainfall on the north coast, Nile Delta and middle Sinai.
The north coast is expected to see highs of 16 degrees and lows of 10 degrees, while South Sinai will see highs of 21 degrees and lows of 13 degrees.
Navigation in the Mediterranean Sea will witness disturbances.
