A small drop in temperatures is forecast on Friday, the Egyptian Meteorological Authority said (EMA) on Monday.
Cooler weather is expected at night time, according to the EMA.
The spell of hot weather will mainly affect Lower Egypt, Upper Egypt and South Sinai, but other major parts of the country like Greater Cairo will also be affected.
Parts of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the country’s northeast, the cities of the Suez Canal, Central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt are also expected to experience strong winds and dusty weather on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Foggy weather is also expected to obscure vision on roads leading to Lower Egypt, the North Coast, Upper Egypt, and roads connecting cities overlooking the Suez Canal on Saturday and Friday.
The fog will appear early in the morning at 4am and will subside by 8am, according to the EMA.
Cairo and Lower Egypt will see highs ranging from 38 to 39 degrees Celsius and lows of 19-22 until Thursday.
The North Coast will see highs of around 30-37 and lows of 17-20 during the next few days. A "remarkable" drop in temperatures is expected on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with highs of 25 and lows of 14.
South Sinai will see highs of 35-38 and lows of 24-25.
Northern Upper Egypt will see highs of 36-40 and lows of 20-222, while southern Upper Egypt will see highs of 42-43 and lows 24-26.
