Warm weather will prevail across Greater Cairo, the north of Egypt, and northern Upper Egypt, with highs of 28 to 36 degrees Celsius and lows of 21 to 25 degrees from Tuesday 14 June till Sunday 19 June.
Furthermore, mild weather will also prevail over the North Coast.
However, South Sinai and the rest of Upper Egypt are set to experience extremely hot weather, with highs up to 40 degrees during the day.
This spell of milder weather comes after the country was hit by a heatwave last week in which temperatures soared to 43 in Cairo and 45 degrees in Upper Egypt before dropping to the mid 30s on Sunday.
The EMA also forecast strong winds from Tuesday till Sunday over parts of the North Coast and South Sinai, in addition to a 20 percent chance of rain in the north of the country.
