The sports ministry is organising the event with the aim to outline a roadmap for a sustainable future, where the young generation could actually introduce change that would bring further prosperity to the homeland.
The ministries of health and housing will be taking part in a forum, the first of youth of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), which will start Monday.
The event is considered a good chance for participants to exchange views, know-how and constructive ideas.
The forum is also meant to encourage youth participation in building the new republic.
Spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population Hossam Abdel-Ghaffar said a delegation of young medical cadres will represent the ministry, noting that all sectors will be represented.
This reflects keenness of the ministry to benefit from such activities involving youth, given their important role in building the new republic, Abdel-Ghaffar added.
He made it clear that the health ministry will, through its pavilion at the NAC forum, display efforts exerted to upgrade the health system in Egypt.
Video footage will be played showing achievements of the health ministry and how it implemented the different presidential initiatives, atop of which the “100 Million Healthy Lives” initiative, the spokesman said.
The NAC authority will be representing the housing ministry in the forum. It will shed light on the vital role played by the ministry in implementing mega projects, including the 385-meter Iconic Tower, the tallest in Africa.
One such project is also the “Capital Park”, which is considered the largest central park in the world.
