Moreover, El-Sisi instructed that the fund disburses more money to families of the martyrs in tandem with the start of the new academic year, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said.
The president also reviewed annual reports on services that the fund provides to families of martyrs in collaboration with other bodies and ministries, according to Rady.
He also stressed that the fund should offer benefits of the highest quality for the families of the martyrs.
El-Sisi gave instructions to increase the amount of money disbursed by the fund to families of the wounded.
The Martyrs Honouring Fund was established in 2018 to support the families of victims of wars and terrorist attacks, including those who went missing, lost their lives, as well as those who suffered injuries.
