According to the EMA, spring begins on Tuesday, after days of cold weather, with pleasant weather nationwide.
The weather will, however, maintain cold chills at night.
The EMA forecasts that from Tuesday to Saturday the weather will be fine in the daytime on the northern parts of the country, including Greater Cairo, with highs ranging from 23 to 26 degrees Celsius.
Nights, however, will be a bit cold with lows ranging from 13 to 16 degrees Celsius.
Weather in the cities along the Mediterranean coast, including Alexandria, will have highs of 21-24 degrees and lows of 13-15 degrees.
The southern part of Upper Egypt, where Luxor and Aswan are located, is set to experience highs of 26.3 and steady lows of 14 and 19.
On Thursday, which coincides with the first day of the holy month of Ramadan, most of Egypt's governorates will witness a slight rise in temperatures.
During the daytime, temperatures in Cairo and Lower Egypt will reach a maximum of 26, only to drop to 16 at night.
