While South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt will experience hot mornings, most regions can expect cold nights during the same time frame, the EMA said.
Morning mist is expected on roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Suez Canal Cities, and Central Sinai on Wednesday and Thursday.
Strong winds will also be present across different regions through Monday, with South Sinai and Northern Upper Egypt experiencing the strongest gusts on Wednesday and Thursday,
Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt will experience windy weather on Friday as well as Sunday and Monday.
In Greater Cairo and the Nile Delta, temperatures will range between highs of 26-27 degrees Celsius highs and lows of 15-17 degrees over the next two days. Between Friday and Monday, temperatures will rise to highs of 29-31 degrees Celsius and lows of 18-20 degrees.
The North Coast and Alexandria will see highs of 22-24 degrees and lows of 13-17 degrees over the upcoming two days. However, highs will rise to 24-31 degrees and lows of 16-19 degrees between Friday and Monday.
The northern part of Upper Egypt, where Minya and Beni Suef are located, will see a high of 29 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday and lows of 12-13 degrees. Temperatures will rise to highs of 30-34 degrees and lows of 17-18 degrees on Friday and Monday.
South Sinai will experience highs of 30-33 degrees through Monday and lows of 18-21 degrees.
Luxor and Aswan, in the deep south of the country, will see highs of 33-35 degrees and lows of 17-20 degrees through Monday.
