The EMA warned of disruptions in navigation in the Red Sea as winds blow at a speed of 50 to 60 km/h.
The authority also warned that the Mediterranean Sea will experience Tuesday volatile maritime navigation conditions, with wave heights ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres.
In a statement issued on Monday, the EMA said the country should expect moderate and sunny Tuesday morning in Greater Cairo, the North Coast, and northern Upper Egypt.
Sunny and intensely hot weather is expected in Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
During the night, the weather will be mild in Greater Cairo and the North Coast and moderate in other parts of the country.
The EMA pointed out that the continued rise in humidity levels increases the sensation of higher temperatures by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius despite the decrease in actual temperatures.
Fog concentration, especially on agricultural roads and areas near water bodies, is expected during the early morning hours in Greater Cairo, the North Coast, and northern Upper Egypt. Therefore, the EMA advised caution while driving.
Greater Cairo and the Nile Delta will experience daily highs of 33 degrees on Tuesday. Temperatures will, however, feel more like 35 degrees.
Meanwhile, the North Coast will see highs between 30 to 31 degrees, with temperatures feeling more like 34 degrees.
In Upper Egypt, highs in Luxor and Aswan range from 42 degrees but feel more like 43 degrees.
