Egyptian high school graduates with equivalent certificates can submit college preferences starting Sunday

Egyptian high school graduates who hold both Arabic and foreign equivalent certificates can apply for tansik, the public university enrollment system, starting from Sunday until 31 August, as announced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Saturday.

.Students must register their data, certificate type, and phone number on the ministry's tansik web

The phone number the student registered on the website will receive a message with the login ID and password. 

These login details are used to verify the outcomes of the nomination process as well as to submit grades and college preferences.

The student may change their options at any moment up until the registration cutoff on 31 August at 7pm by logging in more than once.

From 9am to 3pm every day, students can submit their preferences using any computer with an internet connection or in the labs at colleges across the country.

Students are only required to visit the main tansik office in Cairo or any of its offices in other governorates once after completing the online registration.

They must bring their original certificates along with copies of their basic information, subject grades, and college preferences during this visit.

Students can submit their paperwork at the main office in Cairo, as well as its branch locations in Alexandria and Asyut. 

Students holding high school diplomas from Libya and the Sudan can only get their documents issued and approved at the main office in Cairo.

The main tansik office in Cairo is located in the male students' dormitory of the Student Care Management of Ain Shams University.

At Alexandria University, in Azarita-Smouha, the female students' dormitory, is where Alexandria's tansik office is situated.

The Asyut branch, meanwhile, is situated in Al-Walidia's former Asyut University administrative building.

Payments should be made via postal transfer at various post offices using the beneficiary account number (9190447778) and the institutional code 13600101 to cover the entrance guide fee and other document-related costs.
