In organizing the campaign, the Armed Forces collaborated with the Agricultural Bank of Egypt and some NGOs.
According to a statement issued by the Armed Forces, the campaign reflects the societal responsibility of the Armed Forces.
Phase one of the campaign included distributing home appliances to 332 families in Alexandria, Behaira, Gharbiya, and Kafr El-Sheikh governorates.
Commander of Egypt's Northern Military Zone, Major General Hisham Hosni Hassan, highlighted the significant societal role the Armed Forces has towards all Egyptians.
Hassan also spoke of the Egyptian Armed Forces' intensified efforts, in cooperation with donors and executive authorities in the governorates, to serve citizens and secure their needs in the coming stage.
The governors of Alexandria, Behaira, Gharbiya, and Kafr el Sheikh and the representatives of the NGOs contributing to the campaign attended the launch ceremony.
