According to the same international estimates, Egypt’s foreign residents are 50.4 percent male and 49.6 percent female, with an average age of 35.

During the meeting, the participants reviewed the total cost borne by the state for caring for its foreign residents, including healthcare, social solidarity services, food aid, and other services.

They also reviewed the educational services provided to refugee students and the efforts of the Ministry of Education in establishing more new classrooms to accommodate the increase in their numbers.
