The Egyptian state news agency MENA reported that the car collided with a pavement.
The bodies and the injured were taken to a nearby hospital.
The prosecution is currently investigating the accident.
The number of fatalities resulting from road accidents in Egypt in 2023 reached 5,861, decreasing from 7,762 recorded in 2022.
However, injuries due to road accidents increased to 71,016 from 55,991 in the same period, according to the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).
