In its weather forecast for the upcoming six days, EMA said that there is a chance of light-to-moderate rain on Tuesday 1 October over parts of the northwestern coast and northern Delta, with light rain possibly extending to parts of the northeastern coast at intermittent periods.
Morning fog will be on some agricultural and highway roads near water bodies, with a slight chance of light rain in the evening over parts of the northwestern coast and northern Delta.
The country will experience maritime disturbances in the Mediterranean Sea also on 1 October, with wind speeds ranging from 50 to 70 km/h and wave heights between 2.5 and 4 metres.
Temperatures in Cairo and Nile Delta will reach 32 degrees Celsius, while South Sinai will see higher daytime temperatures of 35 degrees.
Meanwhile, the North Coast should expect cooler highs of 28 degrees.
In northern Upper Egypt, daytime temperatures will reach 33 degrees.
However, the country's deep south will see highs of 37 degrees.
