The EMA expects light fog in the morning on some agricultural and major roads near water bodies, with a moderate breeze that may occasionally intensify.
Temperatures in Cairo and Lower Egypt are expected to rise to 33 degrees, dropping to 24 degrees at night, while South Sinai will see higher daytime temperatures of 35 degrees and nighttime lows of 24 degrees.
Meanwhile, visitors to the North Coast should expect cooler highs of 32 degrees and lows of 22 degrees.
In northern Upper Egypt, daytime temperatures will reach 35 degrees, with nighttime lows of 20 degrees.
However, the country’s deep south will remain hot throughout the week, with highs of 38 degrees and lows of 23 degrees.
The weather relief comes after successive scorching heatwaves throughout the summer.
