Strong wind speeds ranging from 50 to 60 km/h are expected to disrupt maritime navigation on Tuesday, with wave heights fluctuating between 2.5 and 3.5 metres in the Mediterranean and Red Seas, reported the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA).
The northeastern winds will pick up across most of the country, helping to cool the atmosphere during Tuesday's daytime, while their gusts will increase in speed.
Light rain is also possible on Wednesday and Thursday along the western northern coast regions.
Temperatures in the northern coastline are forecast to fluctuate between a high of 26 and 25 degrees while reaching lows of 20-21 degrees.
Greater Cairo and Nile Delta are expected to have moderate weather during the day, with highs around 28-29 degrees, with cooler evenings with temperatures around 19-20 degrees from Tuesday to Sunday.
However, South Sinai will see slightly warmer conditions, with daytime highs ranging from 29 to 31 degrees, with lows dropping to 21-22 from Tuesday until Sunday.
Meanwhile, Northern Upper Egypt will experience mild to warm temperatures, with highs fluctuating between 28 and 30 degrees and cooler lows of 17-18 degrees.
