The EMA also anticipates light morning fog on some agricultural and main roads close to water bodies and moderate winds that may occasionally intensify.
Daytime temperatures in Cairo and Lower Egypt are expected to drop from 29 degrees on Sunday and Monday to 26 degrees by Friday, with nighttime temperatures falling from 18 to 16 degrees.
Meanwhile, South Sinai will see higher daytime temperatures ranging from 32 to 29 degrees throughout the week and nighttime lows of 22 to 21 degrees.
Temperatures in the North Coast are expected to reach a high of 27 degrees during the daytime on Sunday and Monday, decreasing to 25 degrees by Friday and 18 degrees from 20 at night.
In northern Upper Egypt, daytime highs will vary from 30-29 degrees on Sunday and Monday to 27 degrees by Friday, with nighttime lows of 16-14 degrees.
Morning temperatures in Egypt's deep south will decline from 33 to 30 degrees. Moreover, it will experience lows of 18 degrees reaching 16 by Friday.
Egypt will transition to winter timing on Thursday, 31 October, setting clocks back one hour at midnight.
This change will adjust the time zone from GMT+3 to GMT+2, as has been the case since April.
This winter, Egypt is expected to experience relief following the intense heatwaves over the summer.
