According to the Egyptian Metrological Authority (EMA), light to moderate rains and sometimes thundershowers are expected Thursday along the northwestern coast, northern Delta, the Matrouh Desert, and the southern Red Sea mountains.
Moreover, the southern Delta is anticipated to see light rains.
Moderate to heavy rains, sometimes thundery, are also expected over the northwestern coast and northern Delta starting Friday to Sunday.
In addition, light to moderate rains, likely with thunder, are anticipated across the southern Red Sea mountains, Suez Canal cities, and northeastern coasts on Friday through Sunday.
Light to moderate rains are also expected over the North Coast and northern Delta on Monday and Tuesday.
From Thursday to Tuesday, Cairo and the Nile Delta will experience daytime highs of 25-26 degrees and nighttime lows of 17-18 degrees.
During the same period, the North Coast will see daytime highs of 24-25 degrees and nighttime lows of 18-19 degrees.
Meanwhile, northern Upper Egypt will experience slightly warmer conditions, with daytime highs of 26-27 degrees and nighttime lows of 14-15 degrees.
Egypt's deep south will see the warmest weather conditions, with daytime highs of 28-30 degrees and a nighttime low of 17 degrees from Thursday to Tuesday.
