The EMA forecasts light intermittent rain on Sunday in northern coastal and northern delta areas. By Monday, the rain may intensify, becoming moderate in these regions.
Also, the EMA predicted morning fog on some agricultural and highway roads near water bodies on Monday.
In addition, wind activity is expected over Greater Cairo and the Delta region from Monday to Friday, extending to the northern coasts and South Sinai on Monday and to western parts of the country from Tuesday to Friday.
The weather will be slightly cold during the day over Greater Cairo, the Delta region, the Northern coasts, and Northern Upper Egypt.
Day temperatures in Cairo and Lower Egypt will peak at 20 degrees on Sunday, gradually declining to 18 degrees by Friday. Nighttime temperatures fluctuate between 10 and 13 degrees.
Temperatures on the North Coast would reach 20 degrees on Sunday, only to decrease to 17 degrees on Friday. At night, temperatures are expected to drop to 9 or 10 degrees.
In Northern Upper Egypt, daytime temperatures will also fluctuate between 20 and 18 degrees throughout the same period. Nighttime lows will see a significant dip from 4-7 degrees.
On Sunday, Southern Upper Egypt will experience moderate temperatures in the morning of 24 degrees, gradually decreasing to 21 degrees by Friday.
Nighttime temperatures will be between 9 and 11 degrees.
