A wave of appointed Egyptian governors are sworn in today

Newly-appointed governors take their oaths on Saturday before Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi and Prime Minister Essam Sharaf

The newly-appointed governors were sworn in on Saturday before the Egyptian General Commander of the Armed Forces, Defence Minister Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi and Prime Minister Essam Sharaf.
   

The new governors include:

Mohamed Abdel-Fadil Mohamed Shousha (South Sinai)
