The US has offered $212 million in aid to help the devastated Gaza Strip, top US diplomat John Kerry told a Gaza donors conference in Cairo on Sunday.
"I've been to Gaza in 2009... The humanitarian challenge then was enormous; we are back yet again... The people of Gaza do need our help."
