President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued early Thursday a presidential decree to found four specialised councils aiding and contributing to the planning of general policies of the state.
According to the presidential decrees, the four councils will be concerned with education, scientific research, economic development, foreign policy and national security.
The members of the new council will be appointed by the president. The president will appoint a coordinator for each council, though will head the council personally when a session is sitting.
