Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi flew to Nicosia, Cyprus on Wednesday as part of a two-day tour of Europe that will include a stop in Spain, state news agency MENA said.
El-Sisi will hold talks with his Cypriot counterpart Nicos Anastasiades and Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in the Cypriot capital. A tripartite summit will be held between the three officials, followed by talks between the delegations of the three countries and a press conference.
El-Sisi will then head to Spain where he is scheduled to meet with King Felipe VI and his prime minister in a visit that will see a number of agreements signed, MENA added.
The Eyptian leader will also hold meetings with executives from fifteen of Spain's corporate giants.
Accompanying El-Sisi on his tours are the ministers of investment, foreign affairs, electricity and transport.
