A lady gives birth to sextuplets in Egypt's Nile Delta

An Egyptian lady gave birth to sextuplets in Daqahlia governorate, Nile Delta, reported Al-Ahram Arabic news website.

According to Mansoura University hospital, 25-year old Randa Mostafa gave birth to sextuplets – four girls and two boys – at the hospital earlier Wednesday after undergoing a cesarean section during her seventh month of pregnancy.

The university's statement added that the babies weighted between 500 to 900 grams. 

It also revealed that the mother used to take pregnancy stimulants for the period of a year which contributed to her pregnancy with sextuplets.
