Ampal-American Israel Corporation stated Tuesday that it would seek international arbitration against the Egyptian government for halting natural gas pumping from Egypt to Israel.
 
The Corporation is part of the East Mediterranean Gas Company.

Egypt stopped pumping gas to Israel over a month ago after the pipeline that supplies natural gas to Israel and Jordan was blown up in Sinai.
