Minister of Interior Mansour El-Eissawi confirmed Tuesday that Habib El-Adly, former minister of interior; Zohair Garana, former minister of tourism and Ahmed El-Maghrabi, former housing minister have been moved within Tora Prison from their holding cells to start their sentences, a few weeks after they were handed down.

Their presence in the previous facility where they were held is no longer legal, according to the prosecutor-general, as they have now been convicted, rather than facing investigation.

El-Eissawi also confirmed that ousted president Hosni Mubarak will be moved to Tora Prison if so ordered by the prosecutor-general.
