The court hearing charges against several Giza officers of killing demonstrators on 28 January decided Saturday to postpone the case until 17 September.
The court listened to testimonies of eyewitnesses in its second session and will be hearing more testimony in September.
Hundreds of Egyptian citizens were killed in clashes with police during Egypt's 18-day revolt. The demonstrations, which led to the ouster of the Mubarak regime, were initially focused against police brutality.
