Sit-ins resume at Cairo airport

Employees at Egypt's airport demand better working conditions and call for civilians to occupy leading positions

Employees of Egypt’s airport renewed their sit-in on Tuesday, demanding better working conditions and opportunities for civilians to hold leading posts.

Guidance employees at the port, information services employees and security demonstrated demanding better wages in addition to the former demands.

Furthermore, several air stewards also demonstrated, demanding veiled women be allowed to work on planes and not only in management positions on land.
