French President Francois Hollande will visit Egypt in April, Egyptian Minister of Commerce and Industry Tarek Kabil announced on Tuesday.
Speaking to MENA news agency during his visit to Paris, Kabil also revealed that an official French delegation would visit Egypt in the first quarter of 2016 to prepare for Hollande's visit to Cairo.
During his trip the Egyptian minister met with Emmanuel Macron, France's minister of economy and digital industry and Matthias Fekl, the minister of state for foreign trade, the promotion of tourism and French nationals abroad.
Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi also visited Paris earlier this week for the UN climate conference, and while there he met with Hollande.
