Presidential hopeful, Amr Moussa, demands on his Twitter account Saturday that the ruling military force in Egypt, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), set a timeline for the elections.
He said that the dates for the parliamentary and presidential elections need to be set as soon as possible to leave no space for doubts.
On the other hand, presidential hopeful Selim El-Awwa stated at a conference that he believed the parliamentary campaigns should officially start mid-august and elections should take place in September, adding that the SCAF had gained its legitimacy from the national constitutional referendum.
