The central operations room at the Cabinet's Information Centre (CIC) said it has not received any reports of clashes, violence, or explosions on Monday morning until 2 in the afternoon.
The operations room said all state and public facilities have been functioning as usual, adding that traffic, including maritime and railway transportation, has been smooth.
A small bomb was discovered near the Oasis hotel in Giza and another in Alexandria in front of a café, but were both "taken care of," the centre said.
The operations room consists of state representatives from the Defence, Interior, and Health ministries, and Emergency Medical Sevices.
There have been several small pro-Morsi demonstrations reported in parts of the country but they were quickly dispersed by the police.
